Planning your trip should feel exciting—not complicated. Our booking process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fully supportive from the very first step. Tailor-Made Travel Planning
Once we receive your inquiry, one of our travel specialists will connect with you to understand your preferences, expectations, and travel style. Based on your vision, we will craft a personalized itinerary tailored specifically to your needs. Your booking is only confirmed once you are completely satisfied with the final plan.
Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a deposit starting from 25% of the total tour cost is required. For peak travel periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% deposit is necessary due to high demand.
The remaining balance can be settled up to two days before arrival or paid upon arrival, depending on your preference. Our goal is to offer flexibility while ensuring your arrangements are fully secured.
Credit Card Authorization
For payments made by credit card, a signed authorization letter is required. This document allows us to process the payment securely and must match the signature shown on both your passport and credit card for verification purposes.
Cancellation Policy (Standard Periods)
If your plans change, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 61 days or more before arrival: 15% of the total tour cost
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 35% of the total tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost
Please note that airline cancellation policies are separate and subject to their own terms. A 5% bank processing fee applies to all refunds. Conditions may vary for group bookings or specially customized itineraries.

For bookings during Christmas, New Year, and Easter, the following terms apply:
- 61 days or more before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour cost
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total tour cost
Airline penalties and bank charges remain applicable as outlined above.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that a 5% bank fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued in cases of no-show or unused services.
Force Majeure & Travel Flexibility
Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as government travel restrictions or airline advisories, we offer flexible solutions. This may include full refunds or converting your payment into a future travel credit or voucher valid across our destinations.
Flight-related charges and banking fees may still apply in accordance with airline policies.
Accommodation Standards
All accommodations are based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single occupancy is available at an additional cost. We carefully select hotels based on quality, comfort, and location to ensure a consistent travel experience.
Flights Information
Domestic Flights: Prices are based on average fares and approximate schedules. Any changes may result in fare adjustments.
International Flights: We can assist in securing competitive rates from your departure country upon request.
Special Offers Policy
Promotional offers, including seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday, are subject to specific booking and travel date conditions. These offers are typically limited in availability and may exclude peak travel periods or international flights.
Liability & Responsibility
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political events, airline schedule changes, or hotel adjustments. Any additional costs arising from such events are not covered.
Special Requests
We always aim to enhance your travel experience. Special requests such as room preferences or seating arrangements can be submitted at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed and do not form part of the contractual agreement.
Children Policy
For packages, hotels, and Nile cruises:
Under 2 years: Free of charge
Under 6 years: 25% of adult price
Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
12 years and above: Full adult rate
For tours and excursions:
Under 6 years: Free of charge
Under 12 years: 50% of adult price
Additional supplements may apply if flights or special services are included. Policies apply to one child sharing parents’ room.
Use of Photos
To celebrate and share travel experiences, photos and videos taken during your journey may be used for promotional purposes across our website and social media platforms.
Tipping Guidelines
Tipping is a customary way to express appreciation for good service. While not mandatory, it is always welcomed and left entirely to your discretion.
Complaints & Feedback
If any issue arises during your trip, we encourage you to notify us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. Should the matter remain unresolved, you may contact our Customer Care team during or after your journey for further assistance.
Website Usage Terms
- Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or make transactions.
- All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
- Customers should retain transaction records for reference.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in multiple currencies.
- Services are not available to countries under international sanctions.
- Multiple bookings may appear as separate transactions on your statement.
Agreement Acceptance
By confirming your booking and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions outlined above. This agreement represents the full understanding between you and our company.
