Welcome to Cairo! at the airport, our representative will greet you and provide assistance with airport procedures. You will be comfortably transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a free evening. Overnight at your hotel.(no meals)

Day 2 (Cairo - Monday)

Cairo is a city of dreams. Today you will visit The Great Pyramid of Cheops at Giza, it was the tallest man-made structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Menkaure and Khufu's Pyramid complete the colossal trio. Khufu's Pyramid remains one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the Ancient World’. Close by, the Great Sphinx watches and guards the Giza Plateau. Next, you will travel to Saqqara to witness the first pyramid of them all - the 2648 BC-completed Step Pyramid of Djoser. Overnight at your hotel. (B)

Day 3 (Cairo - Luxor - Tuesday)

It is frenetic with bustle, bazaars and traffic chaos; and yet its ancient edifices stand ennobled. It has everything you could want from an ancient city. Then there are those labyrinths; those anciently narrow, bustling streets and quiet corners. Your morning tours begin at the Egyptian Museum. Here, you will be in communion with magnificent treasures — including Tutankhamun’s fabulously famous Gold Mask. Then we guide you to the city’s Islamic areas — including the Citadel of Saladdin and its Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali. This holy place is set at the highest point of Cairo, so you’ll view a remarkable panorama of the city. Escorted shopping trip at Khan el Khalili bazaar, where locals drink tea, smoke shisha pipes and watch the world go by. Evening flight to Luxor Overnight at your hotel.(B)

Awake in 4,000 year-old Luxor, evocative site of the ancient city of Thebes and ‘the world’s greatest open-air museum’. As you enter the Valleys of the Kings and Queens, you will pass Deir El Madina, Madinet Habou and the Colossi of Memnon. Visit the colonnaded temple that was uniquely dedicated to a queen — Queen Hatshepsut. Return to the hotel to spend the evening at leisure. Overnight at your hotel.(B)

This morning’s venture starts at the East Bank of Luxor. Here, you will enter the Karnak Temple Complex — a vast area of temples, chapels, pylons and the Great Temple of Amun. You will walk down the avenue of ram-headed sphinxes that connect the Precinct of Mut, the Precinct of Amun-Ra and the Luxor Temple. This afternoon you will have free time; perhaps a visit to the Luxor Museum or do some bartering in a souk. Overnight at your hotel.(B)

There is free time to spend before taking a flight back to Cairo. Arrive to Cairo, check in to your hotel. Free time. Overnight at your hotel.(B)

Day 7 (Cairo - Istanbul - Saturday)

Very early morning you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your departure to Istanbul, Turkey. Welcome to Istanbul! You will be transferred to your hotel and the remainder of the day is yours, free to explore. Overnight in Istanbul. (B)

Day 8 (Istanbul Old City - Sunday)

This morning you spend a full day touring the city of Istanbul. This city spreads across two continents, being Asia and Europe. The tour includes a visit to the 17th century Blue Mosque, the Aya Sofya museum and the Ottoman Sultans residence as Topkapi Palace. Our last visit will be the Hippodrome before returning to the hotel. Overnight at Istanbul hotel. (B)

Day 9 (Istanbul and Gallipoli - Monday)

After breakfast we drive to Gallipoli for a fully guided tour of the World War I battlefield. This tour includes the Long Pine, Chunuk Bair memorials, ANZAC cove, the Gallipoli museum and the Johnsons Jolly. You will have free time to wander along the original tunnels and trenches before taking a ferry by crossing the Dardanelles towards Canakkale. Overnight in Canakkale hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 10 (Troy and Pergamum - Tuesday)

After breakfast we drive towards Troy. This archaeological site made the ancient Trojan Horse found in Homer’s poems famous. Further along we visit Pergamum, where we see the Temple of Trajan and the majestic library. We drive to Kusadasi by evening time. Overnight at Kusadasi hotel. (B,D)

Day 11 (Kusadasi and Ephesus - Wednesday)

Early morning we drive towards Ephesus. This Roman city once was regarded as one of the best preserved cities along the Mediterranean. We visit the temple of Artemis as well as the house of the Virgin Mary. You also have the opportunity to learn more about carpet weaving before driving to Kusadasi. Overnight at at Kusadasi hotel. Day 12 (Pammukale and Hierapolis - Thursday)

Early morning we drive towards Pamukkale. This area is known for its picture perfect while calcium terraces, also known as Travertines. You will get to spend some time in the “cotton castles” before we drive to Hierapolis before swimming in the hot thermal pools. Overnight at Pammukale hotel. (B, D)

Day 13 (Pammukale to Istanbul - Friday)

After having breakfast we drive back towards Istanbul through the rural countryside. On our way we stop in a city called Bursa, which was the former capital of the Ottoman Turks. Here we get to visit the Green Mosque as well as the silk bazaar. Once arriving in Istanbul, the evening is free. Overnight at Istanbul hotel. (B)

Today you have a free day until we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight to your home destination. (B)
