Ahlan Wa Sahlan International Summer Festival 2025 Cairo - Egypt
In brief is one of the largest and most famous belly dancing festivals in the world, This event will not only give you the chance to view the best belly dancing performances, but it will also give you a matchless opportunity to learn new techniques of belly dancing from professional instructors from all over the globe and exchange experiences with other belly dancers from around the world, the important part of the Ahlan Wa Sahlan festival is the belly dancing competition we hold every year. The competition will involve the best belly dancers from around the world and the most experienced judges who will decide who deserves to receive our great rewards.
This competition is not about how professional you are, it's about the mastering of the technique you are applying and how deep you sense your movement and harmonize it with the music
The summer festival will be held from 20 July - 27 July 2025 (7 nights)
N.B: Kindly note that Lady Egypt Tours is the only authorized travel agent to access to the festival.
All outsiders are not permitted to attend the festival.

No Refunds After Tour Begins:
- There will be no refund for any reason once the trip has begun unless through our fault you do not receive the trip you paid for.
Cancellation by Lady Egypt Tours:
- We reserve the right to cancel a tour under any circumstances but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure, except for Force Majeure or a clients’ failure to pay the final balance.
Cancellation by the client:
- Once a partial or full-payment has been made cancellations will only be accepted in writing via fax or email. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date.
- • 1 st deposit 25% non-refundable before 20 Feb required to make the booking confirmed.
- • 2 nd deposit 25% by 15 March.
- • 3 rd deposit 50% by 10 May.
Credit card or Bank Transfer Payment can be made by either credit card (Visa and MasterCard) with a 3% surcharge using our secure pay-online system or by bank wire-transfer. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of purchase may result in a slight difference in the total charges. Please note that a wire transfer incurs bank transfer-fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees.
