The summer festival will be held from 27 June - 4 July 2024 (7 nights)
Registration: From the 27 June-3 July 2024 on daily bases from 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Classes: From the 28 June – 03 July 2024 on daily bases from 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
Opening Gala Dinner: On the 27 June 2024 at 8.30 PM
Closing Gala Dinner: On the 03 July 2024 at 8.30 PM

Children Policy:
- Child from 2 – 4.99 years will be free accommodation only
- Child from 5 – 11.99 years will be 50% from the adult rate

Cancellation Policy:
- • 40 - 29 days before arrival date 25% cancellation fee*
- • 30 – 19 days before arrival date 50% cancellation fee*
- • 20 – 8 days before arrival date 75% cancellation fee*
- • 7 days before arrival date 100% cancellation fee*

No Refunds After Tour Begins:
- There will be no refund for any reason once the trip has begun unless through our fault you do not receive the trip you paid for.
Cancellation by Lady Egypt Tours:
- We reserve the right to cancel a tour under any circumstances but will not cancel a tour less than 45 days before departure, except for Force Majeure or a clients’ failure to pay the final balance.
Cancellation by the client:
- Once a partial or full-payment has been made cancellations will only be accepted in writing via fax or email. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date.
- • 1 st deposit 25% non-refundable before 20 Feb required to make the booking confirmed.
- • 2 nd deposit 25% by 15 March.
- • 3 rd deposit 50% by 10 May.
Credit card or Bank Transfer Payment can be made by either credit card (Visa and MasterCard) with a 3% surcharge using our secure pay-online system or by bank wire-transfer. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of purchase may result in a slight difference in the total charges. Please note that a wire transfer incurs bank transfer-fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees.
