Help desks at conferences and hotels:
We aim to provide a help desk during an event or conference. This help desk will assist those with special requirements, optional activities and administrative requests.

During events and conferences we play the role of branding the event by placing banners, advertising boards , welcome bags and gifs that will be handed to the guests.

Recruiting and booking the most appropriate photographer / videographers for the event.
Entertainment and Décor:

Recruiting and arranging the most appropriate décor for the venue and event itself. We also source musicians and forms of entertainment suitable for the event or conference.
Media Management:

Upon request, press management teams will be recruited. They will control press releases on national and international levels and ensure maximum exposure for the event.
